Return Policy

Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted for orders that are lost or damaged in transit through the carriers. It is out of our control as to what happens once it leaves our hands. If you find yourself in this situation please file a claim with the carrier.

If there is an issue with product quality, we can replace the item after pictures are sent via our email within 7 days of the delivery date at proverbsworks@gmail.com

Due to the nature of the items being handmade to order, all sales are final for any products from customer error. This includes but not limited to; soaking cups, using dishwasher, misuse of product such as leaving in extreme temps, etc. Please follow all directions on the care card that comes with your purchase.
